Byron Donics, recognized globally as a dynamic force in the prestige HBA industry, founded HTI Collection, Ltd. in the early months of 2002. This endeavor highlights an outstanding executive career spanning three decades, during which he distinguished himself by consistently creating double digit sales growth and increased profitability for several of the premier fragrance/cosmetic firms in the world.
Prior to the inception of HTI Collection, Ltd., Byron served as PRESIDENT and CEO with GEORGETTE KLINGER, INC., ARAMIS, INC. (Division of ESTEE LAUDER COMPANIES, INC.), KHEPRA BEAUTY GROUP, L.P. and RIVIERA CONCEPTS OF AMERICA, INC. He also held numerous senior management positions culminating with VICE PRESIDENT, WORLDWIDE MARKETING for ELIZABETH ARDEN, INC.
A legacy of notable achievements that hallmark Byron’s career include the development, re-imaging and/or launching of brands such as LAB SERIES, ARAMIS CLASSIC, TUSCANY per DONNA, the TOMMY HILFIGER cosmetic and fragrance licence business and the IMAN collection of cosmetics and skincare products.
Byron received his BA from Vanderbuilt University, MBA from the University of Virginia and studied Advanced Management at Harvard University. He speaks English, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.
Debi E Donics
Prior to joining HTI Collection, Ltd, Debi served asVice President, GMProfessional Products forDel Labs creating and launching the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Nail Care Line for both the retail and professional channels of distribution.
Debi also served as the SVP – GMM Merchandising and Training for Elizabeth Arden Salon Holdings, responsible for purchasing, promoting selling through all products, as well as purchasing all professional supply products to support all the services businesses. Debi and team worked to create four proprietary lines exclusively for the Red Door Spas and Mario Tricoci Salons and Spas.
Key achievements include aiding in the creation of Villa Floriani, e.solutions, 7/52 body care, Manuel Canovas Fragrances, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Nail Care, and Ojon Hair Care.
As Co- Founder of Cosmetic Concepts, Debi was able to demonstrate her product development and marketing talents working with Neiman-Marcus, Lord & Taylor, and Nordstroms on their private label initiatives.
Debi holds a BS from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
